What do you see in the following picture?

Do you think this picture is about planes? Well please take a moment and think again. There are planes in this picture but thats not what is important. What is important is realizing the existing spirit of harmony between the team members. The effect of teamwork works at its best when when envy, jealousy, hatred, greed, revenge, egotism, suspicion and intolerance are out of the way or do not exist between the team members. Some refer to this state of harmony and success as the law of the mastermind. It will be explained later in this blog. However there are some books which already explained it and it would do no harm if you research about it on your own.
